Research has demonstrated that therapy on telehealth can be just as effective as in-person, while offering accessibility for those who may not be able to travel or have schedules challenging for therapy. It is my goal to be just as present and engaged with you through a computer screen as I would in person. Some people may feel there is benefit to being in their own space after a particularly challenging session as well. If you are unsure about if telehealth is right for you, I always welcome honest and collaborative conversations to help meet your needs.
